Damaged During Transit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

  • Provide clear photos of damaged packaging and product
  • Include order ID and delivery date in complaint
  • Replacement subject to verification and approval

Exceptions & Limitations

Our damage replacement policy has specific limitations. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the product seal is broken, if damage occurred after delivery, or if sufficient evidence is not provided.

  • Broken seals void all claims
  • Post-delivery damage not covered
  • Insufficient evidence leads to rejection
  • One replacement per order maximum
